HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT

Single-component, quick-drying anaerobic sealant. It makes strong and elastic sealing, resistant to solvents and temperature, which works together with flange's movement caused by vibrations, pressure and thermal changes. Ideal for emergency repairs on site or when standard sealings are not available.

USE:

Sealant 5518 works perfectly in difficult work conditions (i.e. engines and gear boxes' housing, flange connections, bearings housings and differentials).
Typical area of use:

• automotive, chemical and petrochemical industry,
• installation works (refrigeration, ventilation, heating systems)
• drilling rigs

HOW TO USE:

1. The surfaces of joined elements shall be clean, dry, free from oil and grease.
2. Put sealant only on one surface.
3. Put the parts together remove excessive product.
4. Leave till dry.

TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Immediate installation is not necessary, because the       material works only when the parts are connected and air access is cut off.
• it is not recommended to use the sealant for installations and equipment with clear oxygen and/or reach in oxygen
• Increase of adhesive's viscosity caused by low temperature is natural. To return to initial viscosity the tube shall be placed in the dish with hot water (85-95*C) for at least 4 minutes. Change of viscosity and heating up has not influence on adhesive joint's parameters.

STORAGE:

Store in temperature from 5°C to 25°C. Protect against moist.
