It's an anaerobic adhesive protecting micro-screws against self-unscrewing. Resistant to vibration, irreplaceable in optics, (protection micro-screws in hinges and noses of glasses) watch making, electronics, and assembly of all precise mechanisms.

Anaerobic adhesive with low adhesive strength. Designed to protect all threaded connections from unscrewing as a result of oscillation and vibrations. It replaces pins and split washers.

USE:

Anaerobic adhesive 6612 is used to protect bolts and nuts, which will be unscrewed, during service or maintenance works. When dried, it creates sealing, which protects against corrosion. It is characterised by low adhesive force, thanks to which removal of elements can be done with hand tools.
Scope of typical use:

• protection of service connecting elements in equipment
• protection of regulation screws
• protection of micro screws i.e. in glasses, electronics

ADVANTAGES:

• replaces split washers and pins, it seals the surface of the bolt and protects against corrosion

Usage:

1. In order to get best results joined parts shall be clean, dry, free from oil and grease.
2. Apply adhesive on three, four screw-threads.
3. Connect the elements and remove excess of the adhesive.
4. Leave till dry.

TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Immediate installation is not necessary, because the adhesive works only when the parts are connected and air access is cut off.

STORAGE:

Store in cold, dry and well ventilated places between -5°C and +20°C.
