DESCRIPTION:

Epoxy Kit is a two-component product designed for quick repairs of devices and elements made of wood, glass, ceramics, plastics, metals. Replaces damaged material and perfectly fills cavities.

CHARACTERISTIC:

• after drying (12 hours) can be machined (grinding, drilling, threading)

HOW TO USE:

1. Sand the repaired surface with sandpaper or file.
2. Remove all dirt and degrease (use Cleaning Kit P-102 or Technical Degreaser P-959).
3. Mix two equal volumes of A + B putty thoroughly to obtain a uniform color.
4. Repair within 10 minutes.

HINTS AND TIPS:

• warm the product to room temperature before mixing the ingredients

• do not mix more A and B components than they can be used within 10 minutes (pot life)

• repair time can be reduced by directing a stream of warm air at the weld

• surfaces difficult to glue (e.g. bronze) should be previously coated with a thin layer of liquid epoxy adhesive (e.g. E-358 Epoxy 1 min.) and wait for it to harden

STORAGE:

Store between 5 ° C and 25 ° C. Protect from damp.
