DESCRIPTION:

Liquid Ceramics based on epoxy resin and Nano modifier used for permanent repairs of cracks, scratches and cavities. It is used for quick repair of white, high-gloss enamelled and ceramic surfaces, as well as acrylic and varnished surfaces damaged by bumps, scratches, upholstery as well as blemishes and discoloration. The addition of a Nano modifier ensures high resistance to cracking and mechanical deformation, and increases resistance to scratches and abrasion. The packaging of the two-chamber syringe makes it easy to dispense without measuring the ingredients. The static mixer used ensures thorough mixing without introducing air into the mixture, which results in better strength and repair aesthetics.

CHARACTERISTIC:

  • permanent white color
  • high coverage
  • in and out
  • waterproof
  • resistant to acid and alkaline cleaning agents and detergents
  • after drying it can be machined (grinding)
  • does not contain solvents

HOW TO USE:

Materials: glass, ceramics, porcelain, concrete, plastics, stone, metal, aluminum.

Glued surfaces should be:
• CLEAR
Clean the glued surfaces so that they are free of all dirt and contaminants (dust, dust, grease, rust, remains of the old substrate). Before using the preparation, it is preferable to lightly mat the surface with fine sandpaper, but being careful not to scratch the non-regenerated surface.

1. Break off the tip of the nozzle and squeeze a small amount of preparation to eliminate any
air bubbles.
2. Then squeeze the right amount of liquid ceramics onto the attached bowl and thoroughly
mix the ingredients with a spoon for at least 2 minutes.
3. The packaging contains a white sticker made of polyethylene film, which is used to obtain equal
edges and covers of the undamaged surface against getting dirty with the touch up. Cut
a suitable hole in the sticker, adapted to the damaged defect. Peel off the protective paper
and stick to the surface before applying the preparation.
4. Apply the right amount of preparation, collect excess with a spoon and distribute it evenly,
for an even, flat surface - no allowance.
5. Fill scratches and small gaps with a preparation using a sharp cut stick, eg
toothpicks.
6. On vertical surfaces, so that a thicker layer of liquid ceramics does not run off, apply
touch-up with thinner layers, after hardening the previous one, i.e. at 3-hour intervals.
7. After thoroughly applying the preparation, remove the protective sticker after partial drying
touch-up (at least 3 hours after application).
8. Gently apply clear polyethylene film to the uncured touch-up. It will get
smooth and shiny surface. Remove the foil after the mortar has cured completely - 24 hours.
9. After finishing the application, clean the nozzles from the residue of the touch up, tear off the plug in between
plungers and plug the nozzles into the syringe.
