1x Polymer Glue 500ml Techniqll Waterproof Flexible for Fabric Plasterboard Cork

1x Polymer glue 500ml (R-642)  based on ethyl alcohol intended for repairs of various types of household appliances and elements. It is a universal adhesive that is very easy to use. Thanks to its liquid consistency, it can be accurately spread, which allows for a thin layer of glue.

For gluing polystyrene, wood, wood-based materials, PU and polystern foam, glaze, ceramics, glass, cork, artificial leather, fabric, brick, plasterboard, metal.

Directions for use: The glued surfaces should be:

• CLEAN - Clean the glued surfaces so that they are free from any dirt and contamination (dust, grease). To improve the bonding strength of the glued elements, rub them lightly with sandpaper, and then thoroughly dedust and rinse with a Technical Degreaser or a Technicqll Cleaning Kit.

• DRY - Dry the cleaned surfaces. Application temperature: above 5 ° C. The polymer adhesive binds due to the evaporation of the solvent, so it is important that one of the materials to be joined is air permeable.

APPLICATION Apply glue to both surfaces and spread it evenly.

• Spread the adhesive using the supplied applicator, a spatula or a piece of cardboard.

1. Wait a few minutes, but not longer than 30 minutes. This is the time needed for the solvent to evaporate at room temperature. The adhesive should be almost dry to the touch.

2. Press the glued elements firmly together. If there are high breaking forces, fix the glued elements in a vice or in a carpentry clamp.

3. Leave for 24 hours for the joint to reach full strength.
