DESCRIPTION:

A special one component adhesive for mirrors is the highest quality permanently flexible silicone. Bonds to all materials particularly having smooth surfaces e.g. glass, glaze, plates of tinware, can be used for sealing printed circuit boards. During curing under the influence of moisture does not produce any acids or other chemical compounds causing corrosion. Therefore, it is used wherever acetate silicone can not be applied because of its aggressive action for surfaces.


Designed for assembly of all types of mirrors, particularly silver and delicate ones of chemically dangerous surfaces. Irreplaceable for assembly mirrors in moist rooms (e.g. steam baths) exposed to shocks, vibrations (e.g. ships, trains, airplanes, cars) as well as in rooms at low and high temperatures: -40°C to +180°C (fridges, heating – cooling windows). This silicone has avery wide range of application at sealing industrial and motorization devices so it's called „liquid gasket”.


HOW TO ASSEMBLY A MIRROR:

Before beginning assembly of the mirror you should mark a place where it's to be fastened. If the mirror is to be stuck on a vertical surface it is necessary to prepare indispensable materials to its immobilizing during curing the adhesive. The best way is putting the mirror on a support. The side and upper parts of the mirror should be immobilized using an adhesive tape. The surface designated for fastening the mirror must be dry, degreased, clean and strong enough to bear the weight of the mirror. Apply the adhesive in the form of vertical parallel strings (approx 10 cm between the stripes of the silicone)
