DESCRIPTION:

A universal one component adhesive so called „liquid gasket”. On full cure it
creates rubber which leaves flexible for the whole period of its use in changing
weather conditions.Does not crack and become brittle, resistant to water and UV
radiation. Possesses aperfect adhesion to all smooth surfaces. Creates a smooth
and brilliant surface resistant to dust sedimentation and dirt. 100% silicone is
an excelent assembly adhesive for every kind of surface e.g. glaze, plaster,
concrete, plates, gypsum, hardboards.

IDEAL FOR:

- Motorization:

1001 applications: Absorbs vibrations. Seals windows,
doors, headlights, taillights, carburettors etc.

- Building:

Sealing air ducts, heating and sewage pipes. Assembly of
mirrors and finishing materials, decorative wooden lists and plastic.
- Craft, mosaics, etc.

HOW TO USE:

Clean and degrease the surfaces designed for gluing.

-Pointing and sealing:

Stick a masking tape on both sides of the surface to be
bonded to ensure equal edges. Apply small amount of the silicone. Remove an
excess of adhesive using an oiled spatule. After 8 nmin remove the masking tape.

-Assembly and bonding:

Apply the silicone pointwise (giving a few cm intervals)
to one of the surfaces to be bonded. Do not press the object too strongly to the
surface being bonded. Leave a small gap between them so that the air with
moisture can flow to cure the silicone. Before bonding the objects to vertical
surfaces one should prepare suitable supports to immobilize these elements
untill the silicone becomes cured (for 24 hours).
