Working conditions: work should be carried out at ambient and substrate temperatures of 5 to 30°C. Surface preparation: glued surfaces should be clean, degreased and dry.

Gluing: Apply a thin layer of MS Polymer glue to one surface and spread it evenly. Press the elements together (you can still adjust the joint relative to each other within 5 minutes). Fix the joint for approx. 2 hours using a carpenter's clamp or a heavier object. Leave for 24 hours for the joint to gain full strength.

Sealing: Stick masking tape on both sides of the glued surface to ensure even edges. Apply a small amount of MS Polymer glue and smooth with a spatula dipped in water with a small amount of soap. Remove the masking tapes after approx. 10 minutes.

EXPERT ADVICE: When gluing objects to vertical surfaces, immobilize the object with appropriate supports while the glue dries. Do not use for connections with Teflon, PP, PE. Fresh dirt can be removed with soapy water or extraction gasoline, and after hardening with a knife or spatula. Do not wet the surface or the silicone layer with water.
