DESCRIPTION:

The latest achievement of chemical engineering of the 21st century. An excellent adhesive on the base of methyl methaacrylate. Designed for professional and industrial use. Used universally in motorization, industry, building and repairs of boats, as well as for bonding of formed plates e.g. kitchen desktops etc. Very easy to use. Although it has a very bad smell it is rather harmless. Does not flow from joints and does not flow down vertical surfaces.

 

It so often advertised as a welding plastic – there is no exaggeration in this statement. It’s shows ability to react and solve causes that joints have higher strengths than the native material. Its fatigue strength is almost legendary. Native materials usually crack but its joints are not broken up. Gives hard and strong joints and it is simultaneously elastic enough that it is resistant to critical breaking stresses. Irreplaceable especially in joints where 100% guaranty regarding long lasting quality and work without failure is required. Bonding with methaacrylate adhesive gives a lot of advantages compared with other techniques of bonding. Obtains very quickly its functional strength. Full strength is usually achieved after 24 h.

 

CHARACTERISTIC:

Combining different materials by using their specific properties:
1) Prevention of contact corrosion by isolating action of the adhesive.
2) Move a uniform distribution of stress to the entire surface.
3) Sealing cracks in tanks for liquids and gases (the gaps up to 4mm).
4) Avoidance of material damage due to thermal changes in the structure (repairs are carried out at room temperature).
5) Maintaining good surface quality combined, without discoloring.
6) Resistance to aggressive chemical agents (dilute acids).
7) Resistant to permanent work at -50 ° C +130 ° C (temporarily up to +200 ° C).
8) gives a colorless, invisible seam, very tough on shocks, vibrations, does not flake and does not wear.

 

IDEAL FOR:

Designed for very quick bonding all hard soft and thermoplastic plastics! PVC, ABS, LMR, GFK, PC, PET, ABT acrylate (PMMA), polyurethane, epoxide, composite. Indispensable in durable and very strong bonding stainless steel (gives tensile strength up to 300kg/cm2) as well as other metals and their alloys, cast iron, iron, aluminium, copper, bronze, zinc, chromium and plated steel. Very good for bonding stone, ceramics, glass, wood, coal, ferrite etc, Universal, may be used to bond various materials even the most difficult for sticking except polyolefins (PP, PE, PTFE).




HOW TO USE:

If you use a static mixer first squeeze about 1-2cm2 of the product to ensure suitable mixing. Keep the product in the orginal closed package in a dark room. Best to cool it down to 70C. You must not freeze it.

Please note that the first quantity of adhesive is thoroughly mixed. Therefore, after squeezing out of the mixer 2-3ml weight should be attached to impose it on the pad and mix by hand with a spatula. Smaller areas should stick without glue mixer after squeezing out the thorough mixing bowl and spatula glue. Unused adhesive can be stored once the cap on the glue residue cleaned from the tip of the syringe. Adhesive applied in a thin layer or spot. You should carefully match the glued parts (before curing adhesive) and make sure it is close contact between two materials glued and then take care that the combined parts do not move in until the cure. Moving one part may cause deterioration of bond strength.

Substrates don’t require special preparations. In case of bonding plastic it does not need to be degreased. It is reactive in 100%. Applying the adhesive at room temperature between +18’C and 26’C ensures its correct hardening. A higher temperature accelerate hardening and a lower one slows it down.
